WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After the package has been packed, it is handed over to the shipping provider, and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

With the tracking number you received, you can ideally track your order.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We currently offer free standard shipping to UK for orders over £20.00.

Normally, shipping costs are £5.90.

The safest option is insured premium shipping with a tracking number - (insurance against theft/loss/or damage of the package). This shipping method costs £2.99.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

WHICH SHIPPING PROVIDER DELIVERS MY ORDER?
The choice of shipping provider is determined by the size, weight, and type of the item. You can find out which provider will deliver your order by the tracking number we send you in the shipping confirmation. Our partners are: DHL, Hermes, and DPD.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING?
It can take up to 5 days for our system to register your package. Don't worry, we will never leave you alone and are happy to assist you.
